Shaft Collars are used to position or locate a component on a shaft. In addition, Set Screw Collars and Clamp Collars can be used to limit the travel of a shaft in reciprocating applications, or used as a spacer between components. Two-piece Clamp Collars are designed to handle applications that require greater axial load capacity than Set Screw and One-Piece Clamping Collars without marring the shaft.
